All custom embroidery orders and digitizing setup fees are final; however, any manufacturer defects will be exchanged.
Embroidery
Flat Rate Price + Garment Price = Final Unit Price
Flat Rate Pricing – Based on 8,000 stitches.
1-12, $8.00 ea.
13-24, $7.00 ea.
25-36, $6.50 ea.
37-up, $6.25 ea.

• Free setup on stock images, (20,000 available).
• Free shipping on orders over $150.
• Embroidered on our garments or yours.
• Flat Rate Pricing is for logos 8,000 stitches or less, (average left chest size logo).
• Flat Rate Pricing is for images, words, or monograms.
• For orders over 8,000 stitches, $1.00 per 1,000 stitches applies.
• All stitch counts rounded to the next thousand, i.e., 8400 = 9000.
• 3D embroidery $2.00 extra.
• Embroidery on customer supplied garments is considered a service, and is exempt from sales tax.
Digitizing Setup Fee
The process of taking your original design and ‘digitizing’ it into an embroidery machine-readable format will be a one-time fee. The actual fee will depend on the size and complexity of your design. No digitizing fees for simple text, monograms or names using standard fonts.
Pricing
• Up to 8,000 stitches, $25
• Over 8,000, $4 per 1,000 stitches.
• Simple full back size, $75
• Complex full back size is dependent on detail.
• Digitizing setup fees are also exempt from sales tax.
